Review: Originally I signed up for a $9.95 fee which promised access to online coupons to be able to print off and $300 in free coupons sent by mail the first year. This was in May of 2011 I believe. I was charged and recieved a coupon wallet with approximately $40 in coupons a couple weeks later. I never got to use the site to print off coupons because where we lived there was only satellite internet or dial up so I couldnt. Fine. I tried at that time in Oct of 2011 to cancel my subscription. No luck. Answering machine and no call back. Never received any other coupons so they didnt fulfill their claim and they had begun charging me monthly on what I understood to be a yearly subscription. No way did I agree to pay $120 dollars a year for access to coupons that I may or may not print off! Well I asked the bank to stop payment but there is a $50 charge to do so and then Im still out the $120 bucks ive paid the last few years. Im completely fed up and want a full refund of all my money for all the years I never received coupons and that it wasnt cancelled as asked.Desired Settlement: I feel that returning all the money I consider stolen from Oct 2011 to now a proper settlement that is $497.50. I called again today..no answer..message. I seriously doubt it will get cancelled yet again. My bank can verify all charges if need be. I have not printed coupons or received the promised coupons so they got all that money for free and didnt cancel it the first time I asked politely. Again I never get an answer..its always a machine. If you are wondering I did call other times..sometimes I got nothing..it stopped ringing and no answer..sometimes it went to message..once or twice I got a message they were not in service which is why I stopped calling..figured they were out of business and therefore id quit being charged..no such luck. I saw the charge again this month and decided to try again..message. These people are jerks. Even if they cancelled now I want my money back since they Never fulfilled the agreement!!! NO I DONT WANT IT IN COUPONS EITHER!

Review: I was viewing my bank statement when I saw a charge of $14.95 from "COUPON QUEEN INC [redacted]." I signed up for the website April of 2013 and cancelled my account a few months later. I stopped getting charged immediately until several months later in December of 2013, I received a random charge of $14.95 and it was posted on the [redacted]. I sent them an email requesting they give me my money back but they never replied and they never gave it back. Now almost a year later, I catch another random charge on my account on September **, 2014. I believe they are charging people randomly at random times to make money. I want my money back and I feel they should be investigated.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and I want Coupon Queen to be investigated.

Review: there is a network issue that prevents me from claiming my gift card.

I have made several attempts to contact them via email and phone call. they do not respond.Desired Settlement: I want my 5 dollar [redacted] gift card and an apology to any of my emails that I have sent so that I know they have received my emails that I sent

Review: I paid Coupon Queen to be able to order coupons once every 30 days. I haven't been able to order since 1/**/15 due to a change in their website which will not allow me to do so. I e-mailed them concerning this matter on 2/**/15 and received the following response on 2/**/15: "Hello [redacted],The reason why you might not be able to order your coupons is that we are experiencing difficulties with our site, and we are working on it.Please give it a few more days, while we are working on it. We thank you for your patience. Thank you and good luck." I have not had a response since this time and I am still not able to order coupons. I want the website fixed so that I can continue to place my coupon orders or else I want a refund of the money that I paid. They are extremely rude.Desired Settlement: The ability to order coupons or a refund of the money that I was charged in order to do so.

Review: Ive been trying to cancel my account for more than three months now. I've clicked "cancel" now a few times when signed into the site. I've emailed, I've called. My bank is telling me I have to cancel the card she is using. Well, that card is tied to almost every bill I have set-up for auto pay. Could someone let me know how I can get the Queen to stop taking my money?

Also, because she keeps taking my monday, I bounced two Nov/Dec. I would like the $50 it cost me with my bank please.Desired Settlement: Refund for three months service plus the $50 bank fees.
