Coupon Scratch

Coupon Scratch debited my bank acct twice totaling $49.97 without authorization. This company has not delivered any merchandise or services.Without prior authorization Coupon Scratch debited my account twice for $24.97 totaling $49.94. These debits were in November and December 2012. I have been trying to find information about this company and my brother found several copmplaints about the company through the Revdex.com. We have tried to call the Company's number listed on my bank statement (888-494-9468), however, it is never answered and beeps like a "busy circuit" or "disconnected number". The number on my bank statement is the same number for the business you have on the Revdex.com web site. I have received no products nor any services for these unauthorized debits to my account and this appears to be a scam of some type. I am a retired elementary school teacher living on a fixed income. My husband passed away several years ago and I have no children to assist me with this matter. Can you please help me in getting a refund for these unauthorized charges?Desired SettlementSince I am a widow living on a fixed income, I sincerely need a refund of these unauthorized charges to my bank account. I feel this may be a serious scam because I have no idea how Coupon Scratch obtained my bank information. It seems to me this company or these people may be targeting senior retired people.
