I made a few purchases through them and was happy with their service. However, all of sudden, they denied my access to their website. I was so shocked by the fact as I have never been rejected my access from any websites during past 20 years of Internet experience. Therefore, I requested further explanation to them, but they did not respond back to my email.

I have their "sidekick" Chrome browser extension that notifies me of any cashback or other coupon opportunities within any website I visit.
