In response to this complaint I will simply provide the following notes from...

3. Ms. [redacted] was NOT liable for 2015 maintenance fee bill in 2015 as she DID have all necessary documentation returned to Ozark Liquidation and its affiliates on time.
4. Ms. [redacted] stated that Ozark Liquidation "misrepresented documents" provided to her as proof the transfer was moving forward. The documentation referenced is a Warranty Deed recorded in Taney County on 11-30-2015. This type of documentation is standard for this industry as proof that everything is moving according to schedule. This document can be viewed in Book 2015 Page LXXXXX.

I am still waiting to see exactly what has caused this transfer to be declined by the Resort Developer. Ozark Liquidation obtained an Estoppell regarding this Client's property from F.Q... There is no reason it should not have gone thru as all of the developer's requirements had been met.
I would like to say that while I understand Ms. Kings frustration in this matter, her way of describing her experience with Ozark Liquidation and its affiliates is a bit rough. If you look thru the notes provided below from our CRM (all timestamped) it is easy to see that Ozark Liquidation provided the service purchased by Ms. [redacted].
