They performed the services they claim to be owed for however the terms of the broker agreement were broken by Mercury as they told us after performing the work that they in fact were previously the vendor for our client. Failure to inform us that they were servicing the account we brokered to them makes them liable for damages as a result of breach of contract. Our council is considering our options. I can supply email proof of my position if need. Mercury's claim is bogus and slanderous in nature.
