I placed an order on 09/01/for a set of NY Yankees dinner plates My year old niece is graduating from medical assisting school and she has worked incredibly hard to get where she is, her apartment is new york yankees themed and we were having trouble finding things for her kitchenI needed this order by 09/17/2014, when I placed the order it never said it was out of stock and I assumed I would have it in time I have made several attempts to reach the company by phone, e-mail and chat...to no avail I'm so angry I could just spitI ordered other items from amazon and received exactly what I ordered promptly, but now because this company is incompetent and clearly a rip-off I won't have the one thing she really neededI don't even have an option to cancel this order! What kind of business are you running here?!
