I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.In my original complaint I stated they had not sent all paperwork that was to be includedNot just the paper for an spouse who's whereabouts where unknown but also the letter for not being able to pay and also the paper that spouse if is available was supposed to signaand have notarizedNow they say I did not mention all of this originally but my point is this I called over times left over messages on what I needed and what was missingNone of them are the same because each time I realized I need something else I called again and left another messageNow they say I can write to them and receive the missing paperwork but that was not in the original dealI have already given you $for nothing and now it's my fault that your packet is incomplete? If you were gonna send it you should have done in the beginning like you stated over those long untrue recordings on your phone line.I want them to admit they through this packet together and didn't make sure it was proper before sending to paying customersThen try and blame customer for incomplete or unusable material Regards, [redacted] ***

I can mail back the packet but in order for it to be put on journal I would have to pay filing fee because the paper required to get fee waived was not included in my packet although they specifically said it would be on recordingAnd also they said to send back in its original form what does that mean was I not to write on them? How does that work? Being that I was unable to reach anyone for any assistance with this packet that included no instructions at all I have had no choice but to get help from my legal aid lawyer I just can't afford to be out of any more time money or effort with this supposedly quick divorce

None of them are the same because each time I realized I need something else I called again and left another message. Now they say I can write to them and receive the missing paperwork but that was not in the original deal. I have already given you $125 for nothing and now it's my fault that your packet is incomplete? If you were gonna send it you should have done in the beginning like you stated over those long untrue recordings on your phone line.I want them to admit they through this packet together and didn't make sure it was proper before sending to paying customers. Then try and blame customer for incomplete or unusable material.
