Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: The matter of not being contacted in any form by any *** adjuster prior to a complaint bring filed is unacceptable. Yes an adjuster came out on Saturday, September 24, for an inspection, but the fact still remains that the previous adjuster(s) never made contact with us no matter how many times we called the company to complain.
Regards,

[redacted] This will be the third time TWIA is sending someone out. Before they sent Veracity Research , Mr. [redacted] came out interviewed me taking photos of my driving license , home etc.. I don't want to think my family and are our being racially profiled but it appears every time we've tried to be treated fairly some issue comes up. When we bought our home here in League City, Home Depot to do flooring, American Home shield etcc. just to name a few. Once a company or business see we're African American it seems we have issues . We don't want to file a complaint with the US Dept of Labor but it would be nice to be treated fairly . So we'll see how this turns out . Thanks for help with people at Revdex.com our issues can be resolved .
