diagnosis vehicle. Check DTC had codes P0455 and P0457 needed to remove fuel tank to inspect evaporative emission system. Remove fuel tank found system contaminated and recommend replace fuel tank pressure sensor and orings. Customer declined repairs. Reinstalled evaporative emission system and fuel tank for customer to take vehicle.

Cause no detailed bill of the cost. Plus when I had arrived at 9am right off the at the beginning the receptionist told me it would be A 2HR Wait Cause OF Others That Was already there. So at 9am I was waiting for people that been there when they opened up at 7:30am. Also my paperwork have no mention of codes and detail like this report. They wanted to charge me additional 600 plus dollars when this 409 dollars should have been adjusted off the original price to repair my car. They took 409 dollars from me and had me their all day. They made me wait 2hrs and still had not touched my car at 11am. I left and came back and then they said it would be early after noon like 2pm before they would know anything cause forget their one hour lunch at 12noon. So I waited for them to call after 2pm and nothing. Then 3pm came and still no call from court street ford. I called them at 3:30pm and the receptionist said she was about to call me and was figuring up the cost would equal almost 1000.00 dollars and no kind of negotiations of the cost of the diagnosis. Now after 1:30am they called if it's ok to put gas in the car to see how it takes gas and I approved the gas. But why did they forced $10.00 of gas in a car that they could clearly see with just initial pumping gas will run out so how did it cost $10.00 of gas? The hoses they are referring to is really one hose the mechanic I had seen prior to them if was seeing if there were any obstructions to the area but the gas was not flowing correctly and for 2wks I had tried to get see him and he was always busy. So what court ford is saying
chargedo $200.00 to connect a hod ? They over charged me and had no consideration for my time that day, cause when I finally left there was after 4pm and almost 500 dollars less when I walked in. Poor service and will never recommend them. I feel like I was robbed of money and my precious time.
