I sent reporting documents to court click/court sentry. It also gives you the option to block court records from public view, but when you type in my name, it still appears on yahoo or google searches. This comes under the privacy act

Complaint: 12162590
I am rejecting this response because:First of all, the court records are property of the specified court.  And Accutellus is retrieving (soliciting)information from a source that they don't own (i.e. courts).  I, as a consumer have every right to ask a third party such as Accutellus to remove my personal information that they do not own or are an authorized third party to retain my information.Second, based on their website (link: https://www.accutellus.com/opt_out_request.php), it is clearly stated "Opt Out Request Form... We value your privacy. If you do not wish to allow family, friends, old classmates etc. to locate you online via our site, simply complete our opt out request below. You may block your current and up to 9 previous addresses automatically. Note that if you are listed as a relative under another persons name you must opt out both names please."(The above statement clearly CONFIRMS that a consumer has the right to OPT OUT).  I have completed this request multiple times and the website generates a message "YOUR REQUEST HAS BEEN PROCESSED. PLEASE VERIFY YOUR INFORMATION IS NOW BLOCKED".    This message is false and my information still exists on their database.  As of 5/18 my name appeared twice on their database, and now there is "1" remaining .

They have admitted that my information is on their sites.  Please have them provide proof that I have a criminal record.  I have proof from the department of justice showing I do not.
