I had a seer heat pump ton split unit installed in April had reparies since then and to day I was told that the unit that was installed was a on the autside unit and a on the inside when I ordered the replacment unit from courtesy air I stated I need a new air condioning system.I was duped that is totally dishonest not to tell me that the units where old and possible reconditioned also no warranty shame on you to deceive old people we are over and still trust
