Unfortunately, I did not do thorough homework before calling this companyI am experiencing exactly the same as in all of the reviews I read after the factNeeded my wine chiller repairedDid not show up as promised on the first day.Then showed up 1/hours late on the second dayWas told it was the relay and it was replacedPaid $for the services to Scott [redacted] , ownerThe chiller still was not working by the next dayCalled him back and he promised to come out the same dayHe arrived but this time was three hours later than promisedThen said it was the compressor that needed to be replacedHe promised he would order it first thing Friday morning and will call to confirmHe never calledI called on Monday and Linda, who answered the phone, told me it was ordered One week later haven't heard backI called again and was given the run around by Linda C***Promised to call back by end of dayNever calledI called again the next day and still cannot confirm if the compressor was ever orderedAgain more promises of calling back and never doesI'm sorry I ever did business with themMy chiller is still not workingI feel I was robbed the $I paid for the relay
I authorized courtesy appliance & Refrigeration EXPERTS to identify what the noise is on my whirlpool washerThe owner found a screwdriver left by the manufacturer and said this was the cause of the noisethe screwdriver had nothing to do with the noise which continued while he was still looking at itThe owner not balance the washer before he left, I had to do it myselfThe owner took my payment and left and the problem remainedHe appeared to be in a hurryI called Him the next day, he said he would return the same day, however he never returned, or calledI still have the problem
They are the worst to do business with!! Shame on me for not doing my homework! Came out fixed half of problem used wrong parts suppose to come back they cancelled 3 appointments and now won't take my calls because they have caller id . Left numerous messages than they start hanging up on me, never heard back from them.l Thought strange did not take cc wanted cash or check they cashed check immediately made out to him of course. did not have any business cards claimed it was a family business. Well the whole family must be in on it. Still. Waiting but u don't think they will call do u??? BEWARE. Thought I was smarter than this.
