We have offered to help this customer (Mr ***) and his mother on several occasionsThey have missed appointments made in our service department and the mother has verbally abused my service manager for no good reason and then apologized afterwards
Our policy is to
repair the vehicles that, we have sold, in our shopThis customer continually takes this vehicle to other repair shops and then wants us to pay their repair bills
Spark plugs are a maintenance issue, that are not part of any state required implied warranty. The pulley system complained about was never a problem with the car until the customer drove the car from Cottonwood to Phoenix, AzAfter investigating the problem, it was determined that a bolt loosened under use and damaged a part of the systemWe the offered to get the customer a cost price on the part needed to repair the vehicle only to find the part to be only a fraction of the cost that the Phoenix repair shop had quoted the customerThe customer never responded to our offer
This particular customer has abused my employees to the point that I will no longer supply the free labor and net prices on partsThey are now on their own, with absolutely no help from Courtesy Auto Sales
Sincerely,

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  The business has mailed me the requested items and, I consider this complaint resolved.  I want it noted that the business was not truthful about the reason it had not provided the promised extra key and instructions.  I have the two e-mails from them stating that they would be mailed to us.  I feel this business is very deceitful and would not recommend them to any one.

Regards,
This is completely untrue. What sense does that make. If they offered to fix my vehicle on 3 separate times why would I have taken this to a different mechanic for a higher price. And as for the verbal abuse. Thats a load. Im pretty sure if was your sales agent who dropped the f bomb on me. This respons from the business only backs up my point. Also, I have the part to prove that this wear was caused from years of use. Not from driving a few times from phoenix to cottonwood. I also have statements from other mechanics that support my accusations. This is a horrible dealershop that lied about the condition of the car.

I have no need to resolve anything with this customer. Nothing is going to resolve any issue with him, since he believes that we owe him something that we really don't. All repairs that we make on our customer's vehicles will be done in our repair shop. He has opted to take his vehicle elsewhere, without discussing it with us first. His choice, consequently his responsibility. Sorry, I'm not willing to help this young man any longer.

Thank You,

I purchased a 2008 Ford F350 4X4 truck from Courtesy Auto Sales in Cottonwood. They seemed honest enough for used car folk. They assured me that the truck was in top notch condition and every system was thoroughly tested by their own mechanic. Now, don't laugh at me to hard. So after thousands of dollars in repairing the ESOF system, I called to ask them how they tested it. Here's where you can laugh as much as you want. They told me that there is no such thing as automatic 4 wheel drive. They even went on to tell me that, in 20 year of driving/selling 4X4s they have never heard of such things. Like it is some magical creature existing only in the imagination. Heck, my first 4X4 in 1983 had auto locking front axles and hubs. So, do yourself a favor and learn from my lesson. Do not trust used car sales people. Especially ones from Courtesy Auto Sales in Cottonwood.

When we got home front headlight was falling out upon further review realized the headlight was missing parts to hold in and was zip tied which broke..then noticed 1 headlamp ..1 day time running light and 1 fog lamp didnt work. I immediately called Matt the General Manager. ..he woyldnt answer my calls..I also left messages at the cottonwood location and the prescott valley location to no avail. I haf to fix so I went to chevy dealer and bought front left headlight support...42 dollars. 3 bulbs 25 dollars ..and had them cut me a key that actually worked 40 dollars. After we tested key chevy technician said key fob was going out so another 80 dollars.Think twice before giving this zero integrity used car store your business. ..they have zero integrity and after you sign they dont give a darn...shame on them.

Spark plugs are a normal maintenance issue, that are not part of any state required implied warranty. The pulley system complained about was never a problem with the car until the customer drove the car from Cottonwood to Phoenix, Az. After investigating the problem, it was determined that a bolt loosened under normal use and damaged a part of the system. We the offered to get the customer a cost price on the part needed to repair the vehicle only to find the part to be only a fraction of the cost that the Phoenix repair shop had quoted the customer. The customer never responded to our offer.

This particular customer has abused my employees to the point that I will no longer supply the free labor and net prices on parts. They are now on their own, with absolutely no help from Courtesy Auto Sales.
