Review: On 09/28/2015 I took my BMW 335i in fo* a 4 wheel alignment. The job was done. Got my ca* and came back home.

On 10/14/2015 I took my ca* back because when I d*ive it on the high way it was *eally pulling to the *ight a lot. Left my ca* the*e fo* half of the day, p*oblem was fixed and I came home with the car.

After putting about one thousand miles on the car, it started making some weird noises from the back. I jacked up my car and check to see what’s going on. That’s when I notice that the camber kit knots were still loose and my 2 back tires went bald on the inside. These tires are like brand new. If the job was done correctly the knots shouldn’t be loose and my tires shouldn’t be bald after just putting one thousand miles on it.

On 12/11/2015 I took my car back to Courtesy Motors because my car started making some weird noises from the back and my tires are bald.

I talked to the After sales Director [redacted] about this situation and he tried to blame me that my car is too low that’s why the tires are bald. [redacted] is telling me that if he doesn’t know about cars then he wouldn’t be sitting in his chair today. I understand that the*e are wears on tires if the cars are lowered but really just after one thousand miles on this car and it’s this bald. This means that they didn’t do their job right and they have to pay for the damages. [redacted] went and grabbed his technician [redacted], and he admit that the alignment was never done on the rear. Well now it’s time for [redacted] to resigned from his chair for telling me all those bt of his. They refuse to give me my money back and they won’t pay for the damages on my tires. They now refused service on my car and saying it’s too low they can’t do the job and that I would have to take my car somewhere else. If they know my car is too low, why don’t they tell me at first that it’s too low so I won’t have to take it in and then there won’t even be any damages to my car. They came back to me saying the best they can do is give me half of the alignmentDesired Settlement: All I asked for is to give me my full refund back and pay for the damages on those tires. Just the 2 rear tires cost $1,023.55.
