Called Nov 30 to make payment. They answered said call back Monday. Now they are refusing my payment
I am running behind but trying to survive on a fixed income. Courtesy Finance has the title to my Ford Mustang. I called Saturday Nov.30th to make a payment. They told me they were closed which I thought was weird since it was the last day of the month. Told me to call back Monday. I called Dec 2 to make a 320 payment. They told me they wouldn't accept it. I think they are trying to repo it. That's why they wouldn't take the payment Monday. Shady business practice. Especially with someone on a fixed income
