TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERNI am writing in response to complaint ***.I have read the complaint by Ms***, I called Ms *** and she returned my call on 5/11/and we discussed her loan and the agreement was made to pay every weeks until the loan was paid in full and by us doing this we would

The person filing this complaint has been kind enough to accept phone calls from our company in the past regarding her fianceShe
advised me that she seldom has contact as he is working out of state now and has no minutes on his phone to callShe ask that we no longer contact her about this matterI advised her we would honor her request and take her off as a contact immediately

My grandfather will not be paying on this loan...they were informed that he,was a victim of elderly financial abuse...they were informed who was responsible....and they made the loan with that individual anywaysThey need to contact the person responsible...him my *** ***....*** *** will
not pay the loan

After reviewing the clients account and his complaint we will agree to his requested payoff amount if paid in full within a reasonable time as the accounts in question are past due over days.As the original terms of this agreement are set
