An examination of the CARFAX report indicates and spells out a mileage inconsistency that is simply a clerical error on the part of a servicing dealer on 1/22/2014. Subsequent CARFAX report mileage intervals are very consistent with the prior reported mileages on 7/30/2013. Also, there is absolutely...

no indication of odometer discrepancy with respect to the PA Title and Registration. It seems most definitely, based on the full  CARFAX history report, an AUTOCHECK vehicle history report, and the PA Title record that the "mileage inconsistency" is in fact a simple clerical error on the part of the servicing dealer on 1/22/2014

All of our vehicles are available for a vehicle history report (a link is right on our website for every vehicle) and are given to any customer that requests one. Unfortunately we can't control what's discussed verbally between the customer and the sales person but make every attempt to provide all...

information requested by the customer. In the case of this vehicle the reported accident was several years ago and has been Pa state inspected several times since then, including by our dealership, and the vehicle exhibits no safety concerns and no visible concerns as the result of any accident.

Review: I bought a new never titled 2015 dodge durango citidal on June 4 2015. When I got it home I noticed the front passanger door did not line up. There was runs in the clear coat on bottom and side of door. There was a hair in the clear coat on the rocker. The front bumper also has a gap in it. Their body shop said that the door does not fit right on the car. This car was wreck and their saying it was not. I contacted chrystler corp. courtsey told them their not sure where it got damaged. They didn't denie it was wreck. Isn't it against the law to sell a new car that was damaged with out telling me. All I want is a new car. They told me the only way their getting me a new car is giving them more money for depriciationDesired Settlement: Want a new car. Same color. I bought a new car that's all I want is a new car that wasn't wreck

Review: Purchased a 2007 Ford Mustang from this dealer. From the beginning of the sale all was great. We got the car home the next day after they had to fix a couple issues with the steering and the air conditioning. When doing our own inspection of the vehicle we noticed a hole in one of the mufflers that was corroded and rusting. This vehicle was recently inspected by the dealer and passed their PA State inspection. When we called the dealer they said they would take care of it just bring it to them, and so we did. They kept insisting the hole was a weep hole from the manufacturer, but after calling the manufacturer they said there is no such hole in the middle of the muffler and that they put the hole in the back by the tail pipe. The manufacturer kept insisting that it was a still a weep hole. Needless to say their idea of fixing it was to weld is patch over the hole to fill it in. We told them that with me being a certified mechanic we were not comfortable with that since the metal muffler could be deteriorating from the inside and it would break through again. Since the muffler cost $300+ dollars they did not want to replace it at all. So not only did thy perform a faulty state inspection they refused to properly fix the issue we paid almost $14,000 for. The service from Jim the sales manager was horrible in the aspect he would not have the service department fix the issue correctly but that he also told my down graded my wife when she called to ask for a return on the car since there was so many issues. This vehicle went through their service department 3 times and nobody ever noticed the exhaust leak.Desired Settlement: For them to correctly replace the parts needed not just cover them up. I have only had the car for a week and three days of that its been in their garage!

Review: The vehicle I purchased from them had a CD player that did not work and it and I was not told about it. I called the dealership and they told me to bring it in and they will fix it. Upon completion of the service they replaced it with an aftermarket stereo. It is not mounted right and they never hooked up my steering wheel controls. A few months later my speakers are now all blown. I called the dealership and let them know of my three concerns the steering wheel controls are not connected it is not mounted correctly and my speakers are not working, possibly due to incorrect selection stereo or installation because they've installed an aftermarket stereo. After talking to the manager very politely might I add, he let me know that they did it the cheapest way possible and that I would never be able to get my steering wheel controls fixed or my speakers fixed unless I paid for it. I asked why I'm now trying to get this care of given it's not something that I did to cause the three problems and he said and I quote "just take a hike". Very upset that I had to even get to the point of discussion to fix the problem when the problem was they sold me a vehicle with issues and did not tell me about them and then failed to fix it.Desired Settlement: I would just like things to be in working order. And given a bit of courtesy since they sold me a vehicle with a broken CD player without my knowledge and then created 3 more problems for me now in their attempt to and I quote the manager here "trying to fix it as cheap as possible"

Review: I purchased a 2010 Mitsubishi EVO from courtesy Motors ive had the car for only 3 weeks and the car is having mechanical problems throwing codes, like the e-vap code, the cats on the car are bad and the clutch went out of the car. I purchased a extra warranty to cover these things and there saying that its not covered its also under the 30 day warranty. there refusing to even work with me at all on the cost to fix the car.Desired Settlement: I feel they should have to pay for all cost to fix the vehicle. if they refuse I would like them to take the car back at there expense

Review: I purchased a 2012 Jeep Patriot Latitude from Courtesy Dodge Jeep Ram in Altoona, PA on February 8, 2014. They talked me into an extended warranty that cost me an extra $30 each month. Immediately after leaving with the vehicle, I began to notice issues. I could hear squeaking noises, the steering seemed off, the vehicle stalled out completely once, the shift changes into reverse and drive were hard, the tire pressures were always showing "low", and there was also a clicking sound upon bringing the vehicle to a stop. I reported this to Courtesy right away. They would get my vehicle in to be looked at, allegedly correct the problem OR tell me they couldn't find anything and send me on my way. I would then leave with the vehicle only to find that either it was still happening or something else was wrong. I have had my vehicle back in to Courtesy at least a half a dozen times if not more at this point. I was just there again yesterday (April 29) to have them recheck a problem they claimed to have fixed prior which was the constant clicking when I bring the vehicle to a stop. They sent me home with the vehicle saying that due to the rain, they couldn't hear the issue. I picked up my Jeep at 8:20 p.m. last night and as soon as I began to drive away, I heard a new constant clicking sound. I am more than irritated to say the least. I sat in Courtesy parking lot, called the Service department and left them a message letting them know about the new constant clicking noise. There is clearly something wrong with my vehicle. I've only made two car payments on the vehicle. I've had issues from the moment I purchased it and continue to have problems with it. I have been reporting these issues to Courtesy right away and not getting any type of resolution. One of the several times I brought my vehicle in for the tire pressure error, they forgot to put my tire valve cap on. They told me they lost it and later tried to replace it with one that didn't match the rest. Their lack of concern and professionalism isn't acceptable. I will be filing a report with the Revdex.com as well.Desired Settlement: I either want my vehicle repaired completely or I want Courtesy to find me a comparable new Jeep that I'm happy with.

Response:

I still hear a squeaking noise that I has pointed out to the mechanic during our ride in the vehicle. Also, when I put it in reverse the car made an awful noise. Last time they "repaired" the clicking noise it was back within about a week. I do not want to close this matter until I wait the same amount of time to be sure that the main problem does not return again. Not to mention the other issues I mentioned earlier are still not resolved.

Response:

Not quite. It takes me three or four calls to Courtesy before one call is returned to me. I was told that they were looking into replacing my vehicle with a comparable vehicle and yet I've heard nothing further on this matter. I'm still stuck with a vehicle that I'm sure there are several things wrong with. There's no resolution in sight merely because Courtesy won't make an effort to resolve the issues at hand. In fact, I left a message for them again this weekend and yet, no return call. Very typical poor customer service from this company.

Review: I purchased a used truck from the dodge dealership 2 and a half months ago and have been able to drive it for 2 weeks. The check engine light came on at week 2 and started flashing 2 days later. I was told not to drive it until they looked at it and repaired the problem. After they repaired it I got it back a week later. 2 days later It came back on and was flashing again. So I had to wait another week without driving it until they could see it so that was another 2 weeks that I couldn't drive it. I got it back again and it again, came on and was flashing. I took it back and they got it repaired again just to take it for a test drive and have it come on again for them. They now have the engine torn completely apart trying to fix it. I basically purchased a lemon from them and asked them if I could just trade it back in and get something else because I don't have any trust in the truck anymore. They said the only way I could trade it would be to downgrade to something with more miles, years, and usage since I don't have a down-payment. They said I couldn't get that back since it was already theirs and was gone so if I want something else, I need a new down-payment. They also said I couldn't just get a refund and return the truck because again, they won't give me my down-payment of 3500 back. I've lost my appetite and sleep over this. I'm physically not doing well because am so stressed about this. They gave me a rental car but that is just a band-aid until I'm back in that truck. I don't know what to do anymore.Desired Settlement: I'm tired of them telling me sorry about the inconvenience and we're working on it. I feel just beaten by this. I don't think I will get my down-payment back because they don't want me to have it and I feel that I'm stuck with this truck that I just don't want anymore because they don't want it back. Maybe you have some suggestions because I don't think they are going to work with me.

Review: I have bought two vehicles from Courtesy this year. One in June and one in Sept. The first was a used 2011 Kia Sorrento. The sales man gave me a copy of a auto report that claimed that the vehicle was clean and free of any accidents. I asked several times about the history of the vehicle during the sale and they kept claiming that it was clean. I purchased the vehicle, and a few days later I saw a piece of trim hanging from under the vehicle. I started looking really close at the vehicle and it was missing mounting pins, and trim pieces. I go to the service dept at Courtesy and request the service record for that vehicle. The service employee returned with a file that showed over $4500 dollars in damage to the Kia. Courtesy claimed that they received the vehicle like that and fixed it at the dealership. My question was then why wasn't it disclosed with me when I bought the vehicle. They provided no answer to that and promised to fix all the trim pieces that were missing and broke. I drop the Kia off at the dealership to get fixed. I pick up the vehicle and drive it home. A week later the Passenger side door ( the side that they fixed ) started to make a loud click every time the door opens. Upon investigation, mounting screws were missing once again. I bought a pick up truck there as well a couple months later. there was damage to the front bumper. I took it in to get fixed, and then I see that the bumper is misaligned after they said they fixed it. It is still misaligned. It is lined up with the headlight on one side, but off on the other side. It matches the quarter panel on one side only. Also the front fog light was never plugged in. It is missing mounting screws in the brackets, There is still 2 damaged areas in the bumper itself. The front metal piece is dented and the side corner of the bumper is dented still. The wheel alignment was also off, they said they fixed the alignment, however when I took it to Firestone to double check, the alignment was still offDesired Settlement: I want either a refund or a replacement being how I paid for vehicles that I thought were never wrecked and " clean ", only to find out that they were wrecked. It is costing me time and heartache having to go to the dealership over and over to correct problems that should have been fixed the first time. The Pick up ( 2009 Chevy Silverado ) is still not right. the bumper is not aligned, mounted wrong and I had to pay firestone to do an alignment that the dealership failed to do correctly.
