I have time and time again been very disappointed with this business. They never fail to do that. My first unfortunate encounter with them was during our permit application. I live in a 3 bedroom apartment and we are required to submit an application with all our information. Date of that application was middle of January. We never got a response back until I personally stopped by their office a month later! Only then they reviewed it and denied it because of missing information. I have e-mailed them TWICE before that to look over our application but no response. We could not get our parking permit because one of roommates is leaving and their unreasonable policy requires her to change drivers license address to reflect the property address even though she is leaving! So that took a whole two months of fiasco. In the mean time, I always park in fear that my car would get towed because we used up our safelist days because of this long overdue process! We finally got the permit three months after only because they cannot do anything about the conflict in the address :/
My second not so lovely encounter is just recently. Their website to safelist vehicles are now all of a sudden requiring a passcode to activate your account. Lo and behold, when I call them they cannot help me. They told me to call the Property Manager who everytime I talk to seems like he is just absolutely useless and told me to call Courtesy Patrol. This place is saying that the website is in transition and they are not able to fix my safelist days that is showing negative. They also cannot provide me the passcode activation code at this time because they are still not done with their website. How lame is this place to not be able to fix your safelist days and "fix" the website without providing some kind of temporary passcode to safelist vehicles? I wish they would get fired being our security as they seem to be doing NOTHING!

Review: On 10-21-2014 the Security company guard by the name of [redacted] place a ticket on my daughter boyfriends rent a car that we placed on the safe list as regulations require! We enrolled in the safe list they were here for 3 days on vacation . He place a ticket staying the rent a car will be towed this company as well as this Security guard does NOTHING but harass the people who live here we cannot even use the pool because he comes to the pool while trying to relax to check your keys as if we were in some sort of PRISON I want this harassment to stop or will seek legal action for harassment from your harassing security patrol I expect this to STOP!Desired Settlement: stop harassing my family

Review: On November 25, 2015 (Thanksgiving National Holiday) I have registered my vehicle (confirmation # [redacted]) utilizing my last 7 digits of VIN# [redacted] Please see attached records. At 3:58am on November 26, 2015 my vehicle was towed away to [redacted] services. My vehicle was towed away during the active Safelist Confirmation.Desired Settlement: Please refund the $305 as my vehicle was towed on November 26, 2015 while I had registered allowing my vehicle being parked next to my house. Please see attached records.
