We were contacted by these customers after the sale, and were informed of some minor issues that they were concerned aboutWe offered to have them bring back down the unit and have it gone through again no cost to them, but they have not since taken advantage of that offerWe are willing to help

We offered to have this customer bring back down their Holiday Rambler 5th wheel and have the minor issues resolved at NO COST to them per telephone conversations and in writing through a previous e-mail clearly documented on this Revdex.com siteUnfortunately, they have declined that offer, and before this matter was resolved through proper channels such as this, have taken upon themselves to write aggressive and slanderous postings and reviews on social media per Google business reviewsThat is not conducive behavior to a positive outcome before this matter was properly resolved and is unacceptable to us
