Review: I left my TV for repair on August 11, 2014. I was told it will take about 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I called them back, they told me that it will be another 2 weeks because they have to order part from Japan. Since then I have been calling every two weeks, I even went to the shop. Every time I called them, the person could not help me. Either they would say "Im new here, and someone will call me back, or the owner isnt in and they will have the owner call me back. I have NEVER got a call back from them. They couldnt even show me my tv when I did go in to the shop. Maybe the sold it! I read lots of reviews on this company, It seems like Im not the only one who has problems with this company. They Never return phone calls. This is no way to run a buisness. Very unprofessional! Still now I have no Tv!! And its December. Ive had to purchase a tv while they are suppose to be repairing mine. A purchase I really could not afford, but its taking them so long.Desired Settlement: I would like my tv repaired. maybe half off due to poor service habbits, and since I had to go and buy another which is twice smaller then the one they are repairing. Extra money that I had to put out. That I wouldnt have if they would of fixed my tv like they promissed. I know things come up, shipping problems, etc. But they have to let me know whats going on, and then maybe I could of taken it else where to be repaired. But no communication is not good.
