The 72 hour right of cancellation is mandated by state law.  The state also mandates the placement of this information and even the font size it is to appear on our contract.  We offer a 30 day guarantee if the client agrees to certain conditions.  When the client complained to us, we offered to restart his 30 day period, but he declined to participate again.
