I took my truck to Frontier Motors to let their mechanic to look over the truck, and they're going too try and get [redacted] warranty to cover the repairsSo far it seems like they're trying to help, so we'll see how it goes from here

To Whom It May Concern: The consumer purchased a vehicle from Frontier Motors on 2/21/2015. The consumer was given a free month/mile warranty on the day of the purchase through *** (see attached documents for verification). Email correspondence with the consumer and
Frontier Motors began on 3/2/2015. During this correspondence, the consumer raised concerns with the vehicle. Frontier Motors attempted to schedule an appointment with the consumer to diagnose any issues. The consumer never scheduled an appointment with Frontier Motors for diagnosis. The email correspondence continued until 3/25/2015. During these emails, the consumer had Frontier Motors attempt to get a different vehicle approved through the bank. At that time, the dealership did reach out to the bank for a different approval, but the dealership did not have any vehicles that would fit what the consumer desired and what the bank approved for the consumer. The consumer also asked Frontier Motors to price out the jobs required for the vehicle. Frontier Motors offered the consumer wholesale pricing if the jobs that needed completed weren't covered by the warranty. The consumer did not bring the vehicle in so that a diagnosis could be made on what jobs needed completed. On 4/16/2015, the customer emailed Frontier Motors stating any bad reviews posted by the consumer would be removed from varying websites because the truck was running better after oil changes and filter changes. The consumer stated he was lied to by mechanics previously on what needed completed. On 5/2/2015, the consumer emailed stating the prior email was incorrect and a new engine was in fact needed. As of 5/15/2015, the customer has an appointment scheduled with Frontier Motors for 5/18/2015. The vehicle will be diagnosed. The warranty company has already agreed to cover any listed cover components if necessary. The warranty company also notes there has not yet been a claim opened in regards to a bad engine.
