*** *** paid Peak Performance Roofing to install a new roof that was warranted for years & years laborThis contractor said that this roof coating was the same as membrane roofing which was not This coating was done on Aug 7, Now in November our tenant calls & says we have a leakI tried to call this contractor on his phone, text, house phone & emailAll these have been disconnectedI even tried to find him off his websiteNo response
I then called another roofer to go out there to repair the leakThis roofer said that that Peak Performance installed a cheap paint like coating that all ready is bubbling up & making holes He also said this is only going to last 1-years the mostThis was not the product that we paid forWe expected the warranty period We have been scammed
I have asked my other roofer to send me photos & a letter that I have attachedAlso attached is the bid and all Peak Performance Roofing information
