I have ordered here multiple (or 4) times in the last monthsI have purchased fragremce generators, oils, and wicksI've never had a bad experienceOnce they did not have everything in stick but I do see where they sell through a few different outlets and I can understand why there may be lags in product retreivalThey (I've only emailed with *** so far) have been great in making sure I get what I need as soon as possibleIt helps to not be so picky, as both of the complaints seem to beI'll be ordering here as long as they are in business! I'm all for family owned companies
