I came in and spent $980 dollars on April 30th 2019. I bought 2 pairs of *** shoes both size 9, and a pair of yeezy salts size 9.5. As soon as I left my car messed up and needed money so I could get money to pay for it, so my girlfriend went in(while I was stuck on the highway waiting for the tow truck) and she politely explained our story(she went in 1 hour after we purchased shoes) and they proceeded to tell her that 'All sales are final? YET, we never received that information, nor did they point to a sign that said all sales were final. I paid 380$ for a pair of *** glitters. 2 days later, they look HORRIBLE. It looked like they covered the condition up with some sort of coat, to make them look better than they were. They did NOT charge me sales TAX! For any of the 3 pairs of shoes. They told my girlfriend that the 'manager? was at a concert so he was too busy. I feel like I got ribbed. Not only that but they did not charge sales tax. I felt like I participated in something illegal when I bought the shoes here. I just want my refund.

Refund I want my refund for the *** glitters. They are BEAT. The condition was covered by some sort of coat so they looked better than they actually were. I feel robbed. I paid $380 for them. Went back for a refund less than an hour after purchasing them. tried to contact them proceeded to tell me 'all sales are final? AFTER i purchased them.
The customer purchased the shoes on April 30th, 2019. He purchased three shoes, all of which were pre-owned. This customer, as well as all of our customers, was shown the shoes ahead of his purchase to ensure customer satisfaction. All out pre-owned shoes are refurbished and prepared for sale and made sure to be wearable. The shoe in question is made of a very durable material to simulate a glitter look. There was no "coating" or any gimmick applied to false represent the condition of the shoes. If the shoes are in the stated condition of the complaint, someone would have had to forcefully remove the glitter from the shoes or wore them with intent to destroy the shoes.
Courtside does not accept refunds of exchanges. We have an authenticity guarantee (guaranteed authentic or your money back). As per law, it is clearly stated beside the counter "NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES".
The customer was charged sales tax, however as an incentive, we offered the customer a discount that compensated for the sales tax cost on the purchase.
I was not available during the time of the situation. After the purchase, the customer attempted to receive a refund an hour later for the shoes purchased. At this attempt, the customer did not state anything was wrong with the shoes, rather just wanted to get a refund due to their car breaking down. My employee showed the sign on the wall stating our refund policy. The customer got upset and left.
Two days later, The customer called asking to speak to me claiming the shoes were in "beat" condition, I was not there at the time. They were told to call back or come by to speak to me when I was in store on the weekdays. They then got upset on the phone and declined to either of the two, instead filing this complaint.
I, the owner, to this day, have still not been contacted by the customer nor have I been presented the shoes. Instead, the customer has called the store with a temper and went online leaving bad reviews. Courtside is not in the business to con people, we take care of our customers and are in the business to supply our consumer with limited edition shoes and an amazing customer experience.
