On Monday, May 30, I checked out of the Courtyard Sacramento Midtown hotel around 9am. After leaving the hotel and traveling SMF back to LAX, and finally returning home later same day, I realized I had left several toiletry items in the hotel bathroom of my room earlier that morning. I called around 4pm that afternoon to see if the items had been turned in. After speaking with 4 different desk clerks I and 3 days of calling I was told by a manager who personally took matters into his own hands that he, nor his housekeeping personnel were able to see, nor find anything, and didn't know what else to tell me. And, he and the hotel were very sorry. I appreciated his efforts and the kindness of the other clerks as this was my mistake. However, this is a common mistake for hotels in general to deal with and as per the policy of most hotels, and the policy of the Courtyard Sacramento Midtown specifically, which holds items and reports them to them to the desk when found, I'm left to contemplate whether my items were either, accidentally thrown away and discarded, misplaced somehow by housekeeping, or simply stolen.?. Most of the items can be all replaced easily any time - toothbrush, tooth powder, deodorant, razor... Except for my electric shaver. The shaver was $80 with universal voltage power to use in UK as well as the States, so I would like to find out what happened to this item first and foremost, and/or to be fully compensated for replacement if the item has been permanently lost. I would also like an explanation for the other items as well.

PeaceDesired Settlement: The items were all that can be replaced easily any time - toothbrush, tooth powder, deodorant, razor... Except for my electric shaver.
