I hired the Freedom Law Firm to handle my foreclosure defense case, and they were very quick to get me in for the consultation and to take my retainer checkThey told me there should be some answer within days, however that was almost days agoI have left several messages with the receptionist, voicemails, and an email, but have still not gotten a response as of yetVery poor customer service so farI actually did get to speak with the attorney, but he said that he didn't have my file in front of him at the time and asked that I call back the following business day, which I did with no response - that was days agoMichael was the attorney I met with, he said our attorney would be MrF* (but I never met him)Several calls today have gone unanswered, finally got in touch with a receptionist who said he would call me back within the hour, that was hrs ago
