Courtyard by Marriott Toronto Airport

On March 29/I booked this hotel for a company convention at $ I then checked *** to make sure that I was getting the best rate It was lower on the *** I immediately called the hotel and pointed this out to them The reservation desk gentleman I spoke to confirmed that he could also see the lower rate of $on the *** cite and said all I needed to speak to Marriott customer service to change the rate I was transferred and waited minutes to speak to someone When speaking to customer service they said they could not do this on the phone and had to fill out an online form I filled out the online form and emailed as directed A number of days later I received a response and was told they could not see this lower rate I sent screen shots to Marriott look no further showing lower ratesI was again emailed back a number of days later and told they would not match I called today (June6) to resolve the matter and was bounced around for an hour and half
