I bought RUSa two person swing one of the canopy bolts had no threads on it phone customer service they told me it was out of warrinty I did buy it a few years ago but comeon a bolt with no threads should have been covered they said I could buy one for dollars

I called to ask for a missing part in the hardware kit for our lawn chair The person I talked to was great She was very helpful and kind I explained the missing part gave her our address and she stated that the missing part would be shipped and at our house in business days The part arrived UPS on the 7th day Great service
