I have been informed by Expedia/hotels.com that the payment for this guests reservation was denied and that the guest is responsible for payment I did not have any guest phone/address or email to contact the customer The guest purchased a hotel collect payment which we did get authorization but it was changed to expedia pay by mistake The customer has not paid for her night stay and the balance is $ I was trying to get authorization for services rendered I was awaiting her email stating she paid for the room through Expedia/hotels.com but I have not received them Her bank contacted me and I explained the situation and gave the bank my email if she wanted to send me the receipt The number left on my voicemail apparently has a different name on the recording so I have not left messages

authorization but it was changed to expedia pay by mistake.  The customer has not paid for her 2 night stay and the balance is $319.98.  I was trying to get authorization for services rendered.  I was awaiting her email stating she paid for the room through Expedia/hotels.com but I have not received them.  Her bank contacted me and I explained the situation and gave the bank my email if she wanted to send me the receipt.  The number left on my voicemail apparently has a different name on the recording so I have not left messages.

I had sent the receipt to the email, almost immediately after being in contact with them. But it never went through. I was told by the website I reserved the hotel through, that I would PAY $319.98 at the front counter. That is what I assumed happened, but when they didn't come to collect, I just left it there for the next month. I have bills to pay and a life to live. They can't expect me to keep the exact same amount in my account for over three months for them to collect at their leisure. 
 
The fact of the matter is, I don't have the money they want. Nor am I willing to pay a company that has screwed me over these past couple days. Because of them taking $200 out without my knowledge, I have no money for rent, gas, or anything else.
