Upon check in our room was given away to another guest. Offered to be “walked over” to another hotel but after employee checked on other hotels everything was booked so they put us in a room that could not accommodate our party size. Employee was apologetic and assured us that our room would be no charge and there was a zero dollar balance on the account. Upon check out a different employee who was working refused to honor what they simply had said threaten to call the *** on me if I didn’t pay a bill that was not a correct or real document and was verbally harassing me. I only hope that surveillance footage can be pulled up from both incidents where we were guaranteed services that we’re not honored and footage of this employee being completely unacceptable.

I do apologize for the late response to this complaint. I was out of the office due to a ***.
After detail investigation of this incident we believe that the guest Mrs. misunderstood the associate she dealt with in person. On Monday February 17, 2020 the guest was contacted by a member of *** ad issued a refund for her stay. The guest was happy with the outcome.
