Review: My wife and I stayed at this facility for two nights and departed on 05/11/16. We had to use the hotel-provided valet service as this hotel was constructed with NO parking. Our vehicle was damaged either by the owner's valet of while in the hands of a valet.

I communicated this issue to Kyle C[redacted] and indicated my cost to repair was $199.78 -- which does not consider the reduction in value that will be realized when the vehicle is sold due to the repair. During our conversation he said he was not sure his employer would pay for damage that occurred off of their property and also said the maximum height of a vehicle that can be accommodated in their garage is 6'6" -- LOWER than the overall height of my vehicle.

On 05/31/16 I received an unsigned e-mail from [redacted], apparently as both owner as insurer, indicating that my claim had been denied. (I filed no insurance claim - merely requested the minimal sum of $199.78 to make repairs.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement of my documented, out-of-pocket expenses, $199.78. (Note: The requested amount is far, far less than the total bill paid for two nights' stay at this property.)
