Review: Advertisement does not state that this is an income restricted complex. After driving 20+ miles a, providing all of the requested documentation, paying a non- refundable $ 70 application fee - we were told we are over the income limit. Upon request of return of our documentation, we were told that they couldn't physically access it.Desired Settlement: All advertising needs to state income restrictions
