Bill was discussed with customer. She came into the store on 1/10/and she was shown everything and had a clear understandingHer bill 19.99/week plus sales tax. The other bed in question was delivered yesterday on 1/10/as promised so I am not sure what the issue is with this
account. However, this is not her account and I cannot discuss this with her. It is not clear what this customer is questioning or wants from the company. Thank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.Also, you do not have to sleep on a mattress to tell if it is hard or notThat's the reason why I didn't sleep on it as well as it being dirty and smelling like cigarette smokeThis company basically tried to tell me I was making up stories about being sold a *** mattress stating that I wasn't told certain things from the sales personIf I had ordered something else I would have let them know of the mix up the minute I got my receiptIt was not told to me that they didn't sell *** mattresses anymoreI was told the day of the purchase that it was the sales person first day back at workMaybe she was unaware they no longer sold *** anymoreIt's not the customers fault that the company didn't change the mattress code and sold something they no longer sellAlthough I've lost a month of good nights rest by sleeping on my couch, I am happy with my refundThis company doesn't deserve a penny of my moneyI will shop elsewhere and actually get what I pay for I'm never stepping foot inside that business again.

Customer came in to the store today She was not satisfied with receiving a brand new mattress She complained that the mattress was hard, but then said that she had not slept on it She claimed that she ordered a *** mattress even though we no longer sell *** Mattresses
The receipt had *** mattress on their as a product code because the mattress code was not changed by mistake The customer was not satisfied with receiving money back for the mattress The furniture set and mattress was picked up and the money was refunded back to her card *** ***G&K Rentals, Incdba Premier Rental Purchase*** *** ***
