First of all, my language is always appropiateThe manager considered it unlikely because I prohibited other customers from attempting to purchased what the business advertisedYes, I was loud but remain in perspective, (but I talk loud anyway). I believe the female (that was an administration personal/ office worker) there was a language barrierEspecially when I suggest that she review the camera. It was a camera that you can review to support my storyOnly when the manager replied with a sarcastic remark is when I said to him, "don't play with my intelligence"And after further (self) investigation, I did purchased the product from North Philly store and I did not go back because if the cases of water was on recall, then I had no use for themI am a part of our Philadelphia Police department, I am certified agent...for me to act anything contrary to the laws I must abide by is absurbSince that day, I no longer patronize that store, due to the rudeness from the managerI approached the situation calmly, (in uniform), and it escalated when he treated me like I stole somethingAgain , to the manager, I did shop in that store that day, but the water was not on that shopping list
