I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint because the Revdex.com did not sent it to the correct business. Two businesses with same name but apparently not affiliated. I distinctly remember filling out a form and giving with an Antigo,WI address and contact information, so I'm not sure why it got sent to the wrong Cousineau. Please take my original complaint and let's try this again. The address is [redacted]. The phone number is [redacted]. Their invoice says Cousineau Recycling, the credit card receipt says Cousineau Auto, Inc.

I will issue a credit of $13.19 to our customer 's credit card to settle the complaint he has filed. However,he will have to give us the credit card information again. This is not worth fighting about.
Please understand the part in question is used, and the wires have been exposed to the elements for the past 17 years. The labor to remove, package and ship this part was probably more than the $20.00 we
charged the customer for the marker light. This would normally be a self·serve item. The $6.38 was for tax and shipping. The socket, bulb and wires that our customer is complaining About are not included
with the part he purchased. We sent it along as a courtesy measure at no charge. (Note lines two and three of customer's statement enclosed.)
Our salesman [redacted], suggested to our customer that he tape the wire up or use spray insulation to cover the cracked insulation. I feel that our customer's complaint is unreasonable, and that he should under stand
that the part is used, not new. We have been in business in Antigo for over 60 years, and never, to my knowledge, has a complaint been filed against us through the Business Bureau.
If you feel that our customer has this adjustment coming please get the credit card information to us, and we will credit his account for $13. 19.

I called [redacted] and left him a message regarding this complaint. I am not sure that he has the correct business. I do not have a...
salesperson named [redacted] nor does the invoice referenced match our current numbers.
In my voicemail I asked to have the invoice available when he returns my call. Our sales staff would not argue with a customer over $13.19.
If this transaction was done with our company we will gladly refund the money.
