Review: On 09/19/2015 I purchased a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica for the price of 3400 for my trade in of a 2001 Chevy Suburban, the car I purchased was not inspected but was promised by Rob the manager/owner of the lot that he can get it inspected upon test driving it the transmission jumped and I told Rob he stated he will put the training mount on along with the inspection and emission we paid for a title transfer also this day all of this was on 9/19/2015 it was late so nothing could get done then the next day we transferred titles and I stated when can we get this work completed another lie came out his mouth or excuse to why it couldn't be done I have given these crooks my car on numerous occasions just to be lied to I have sons that are active in sports I'm employed and would like a reliable car, My husband and I ran it past South Hills Transmission the owner said it needs a catalayac converter also the evap system was messed he said it may just need a gas cap. He also said the converter is what's causing the check engine light to come on so we told Rob he said that he needed proof his friend ** said you have to reset the Check engine light then drive a 100 miles they sent us to [redacted] Muffler and we asked them to put it on the machine the same codes came up like at South Hills Transmission he gave us a print out estimate on parts and labor then reset the light we drove 100 miles like they said he took it back to [redacted] muffler and we past emissions Robs friend gave us a gas cap and the light stayed off so we we were excited after we passed emissions the engine light came back on this is 9/26/2015 we have been trying to get the car inspected from 09/19/2015 we have made many attempts and we still owe on this vehicle I'm not asking him to fix anything he didn't promise I stated give me back my truck, if we get it inspected sign the title over to us we owe you nothing. He's not fair he wants everything and could care less if we broke down all I want is what's fair he got my Truck and my money.Desired Settlement: My thoughts are A: HE GETS THE PACIFICA FIXED AT A ACCREDITED MECHANIC SHOP NOT HIS FRIEND ED AND PRODUCES RECEIPTS AND COST OF EVERYTHING INCLUDING PARTS AND LABOR.B: REMOVE THE LIEN FROM THE PACIFICA AND GIVE US THE VEHICLE WE WILL REPAIR ALL COST TO THE CAR AND NOT OWE COUSIN CARS LlC A CENT BECAUSE WE PAID FOR ALL REPAIRS.C: HE RETURNS THE TRADE TO OWNER SAME WITH US WE RETURN THE PACIFICA BACK TO COUSINS CARS AND THEY RETURN THE CHEVY SUBURBAN BACK TO ME
