I have stopped at this gas station several times while visiting family in [redacted] It is a short distance away from my location at the time.However, each time I stop, Ive never seen such uptight, rude and questionable gas clerks in my life! They are snappy and act as if they do not want to serve customers. I first thought the clerks were just having a bad day, but my most recent visit was beyond believable and confirmed it is their normal and nasty behavior.One clerk in particular is an [redacted], with [redacted] hair, wearing [redacted] and was working on a [redacted] night at the right register as you enter the store. Another customer, and I, was approaching the counter at the same time. The customer told me I could go ahead before him. I placed my items on the counter and the clerk said, He was here first, which is a lie. I told the clerk, He told me I could go first. She replied, I already rang up his stuff and cant void it out. At this time, another clerk advised me to come to the other side of the counter to her register, which I did and paid for my items. Upon walking out of the store, I told the rude clerk, You need to learn customer service.EVERY store Ive shopped has been able to void a purchase, and I know that clerk was not telling the truth. What happens if a customer changes his/her mind about an item? Also, what was most appalling was the clerk said she rang up his stuff already. How is that when he had not placed his items on the counter and literally waited and told me to go before him?Again, this is NOT my first time experiencing horrific customer service at this location. After my recent terrible experience, I advised my family and friends to NEVER use this location! Once speaking with them, they informed me they too have had a bad experience at this location.Desired SettlementThe owner/manager needs to address the clerks about customer service and professionalism. If the clerks dont like dealing with CERTAIN people, then they do not need to be working with the public. Unfortunately this was not the first complaint we have had on this individual and her position with our company has been terminated. We ask our employees to treat our customers as they would like to be treated, apparently this was not the case. Also, I asked the manager about wheather or not the clerk could have voided the transaction. The manager stated the transaction could have been voided or suspended at any time. Again, we humbly apologize and hope you will re-visit our store the next time you are in [redacted].
