I am rejecting this response because:
I Dianna was the person who made the initial contact not my husband and was not told the truck would easily hold sqft house worth of goodsThe second move would easily hold the remainder of our goods but the first truck would not this making the second truck necessary and an added expense for usThe second move cost extra not only in terms of money but in time and inconvenienceI suppose if hanging up on a person constitutes not making a response then that is exactly what Mr *** did.

I am rejecting this response because: His threats are not warranted as I said the $was received, but NOT the entire amount (an additional $95) has not be received as he has stated. To ***:The condition was made AFTER I contacted Revdex.com. I’m headed to a doctor’s appt and will not be at a computer until I get home this evening. I modified my statement so it clarifies that the $was part of my dispute---and again, you did not pay this until I reached out to the Revdex.com. You promised it along with the $75.00. I got it last weekend and *** said it should have been paid along with the $75.00---it was not. I still don’t have the money in my account ($95). Based on the customers complaint it seems that she did not pay for anything that she did not receive. It also seems we did not do a good enough job asking about her needs to complete the job and should have arrived with boxes to help her finish the packing process.Based on this I would be
willing to extend a $refund to her for her trouble in having to complete the job herself.***

Ms*** agreed to a settlement of $which was paid by check. I told Ms*** that I would reimburse her $for the time she claimed was lost due to the pace of my crew. That amount was credited back to her credit card today.***

This job was performed by our Boerne office. The manager in Boerne will reach out to this customer to resolve. I have been told he has already contacted the neighbor and assured they would reimburse for any out-of-pocket expenses.*** ***

In regards to Mr*** *** - Please have him reach out to our claims department at ***. He will need to fill out a claims packet documenting everything, and they will work with him from there

Our claims dept is working with this customer to get the items repaired.***

The $refund I promised has been refunded. Not sure how holding you to the conditions of the contract you signed constitutes a threat but see it as you wish.After 5pm today the conditions of the contract you signed will be enacted unless the nasty comments you made are removed.***

This move was scheduled under the name *** *** and booked by my sales manager. We require a hour minimum and a standard one hour travel charge on all moves. I am confident my sales manager mentioned both of these items when she scheduled the move for MsWhite.As a good faith

I spoke to Mr. [redacted] after the first move.  I told him I would cover the expense of driving back down to Eagle Pass and that our time would not start until we arrived in Eagle Pass.  He readily agreed, even saying that he thought that was fair.  I made a note of our conversation, instructed my team here regarding the agreement and scheduled it for the following Friday.  We fulfilled our obligation on the day of the move by waiving the travel charge down to Eagle Pass, which is what we agreed to, almost a $500 concession.There will be no further concessions or refunds to this customer.[redacted]President

When Mr. [redacted] called my office on 3/31 to schedule his move he described an under-furnished 2300 sq ft house.  We informed him our 26' trucks hold a well furnished 2000 sq ft home.  He indicated it wouldn't be a problem, so we sent one truck.  We were not able to get all of the...

[redacted]'s belongings in one truck, even considering we had sent one of our best loaders.  I called Mr. [redacted] toward the end of the move that day and made an agreement to come back out the following Friday to finish the move.  To make things more agreeable I offered to pay for the travel time to his house in Eagle Pass (3 hour drive) and that our time would start  for the day once we arrived in Eagle Pass.  He agreed, even saying "That was fair".  My notes in the account are below;[redacted]5/20 MOVE[redacted]   OUR START TIME WILL BE WHEN WE ARRIVE IN EAGLE PASS, TOLD MR [redacted] WE WOULD PAY FOR THE TRAVEL TIME DOWN THERE ON PART 2 OF THE MOVE DUE TO CONFUSION ABT HOW MUCH WAS IN THE HOME - GQWhen it came time to pay the bill on the second part of this move he claimed he did not understand it that way and wanted a further adjustment.  I declined to extend an additional discount.There will not be additional refunds or discounts offered to Mr. [redacted].[redacted]
