Based on the customers complaint it seems that she did not pay for anything that she did not receive It also seems we did not do a good enough job asking about her needs to complete the job and should have arrived with boxes to help her finish the packing process.Based on this I would be willing to extend a $refund to her for her trouble in having to complete the job herself.***

There were issues because the shipment was moved into storage and the damage was not reported in the required days We would ask that Mr [redacted] reach out to our claims dept at [redacted] and start the claims process and we will honor the claim We apologize for the delay in getting this claim processed[redacted] ***
