They respond when they feel like it. I have been going back and forth with Josh and Kevin for about 3 months now. I placed a order for my customer August 10, 2016. I had to refund my customer after 3 weeks since we guarantee 3-5 business days for shipping. It is now Oct. 4 and I still do not have shipment or refund. They changed from Shopbellavi to now CollectiveFab. This is so stressful and gave my business a bad name. All I want is my refund. I run a small business who value customer service and great products. I really got scammed with this company.
