Couture Salon

This business advertises on Groupon, but never intends on providing the service they are selling. I tried making appointment over 5 times. The last time I finally reached the owner and she huffed and puffed and offered me an appointment in two days. I requested time off of work and showed up to salon to be rudely greeted after everyone looked at each other puzzled. They said the owner handles the phone and books appointments and she isn’t present. No one offered to owner shop coupon sold on Groupon. I left and called the number again only to hear a key being placed in car ignition the. Being told she has stomach flu and can’t do my hair. I asked to be called when she is better, needless to say my coupon is about to expire and she hasn’t called me to reschedule. Horrible customer service and shouldn’t sell a product they have no intention of delivering.
