I hired [redacted] to install my phone system at my restaurant. I don't believe at any time after I signed the contract that [redacted] has operated in a professional manner. Call it a personality difference but I can't get along with the man. Even though I have a service contract with [redacted] I decided that I was unable to work with him after the install. I hired another company to work on some phone issues that I needed dealt with. When the new technician arrived I was told that whoever installed the phone system changed the pass code and he wouldn't be able to do any work until it was removed. When I called [redacted] to get the pass code he refused to give it to me because he said it was the same for all the systems that he installed. I bought the equipment outright and never authorized [redacted] to change the pass code. He told me that I would have to pay him $100 for him to come out and change it. I feel like I am being held hostage with my own system and the only way to get out of it is to pay for something I never asked for.
