she never told me to take a look at my hair but she did ask me if I wanted her to pin it up and I said no my head was so tight I didn't wanting her to do that she never asked if she could take my picture she just did it which I don't mind but it wasn't a week later when she had to retwist my hair it was days later I got my hair did on the of feb I called her on the and she told me to come in the next day when I get off work I did just thattwo days later More came Down when I called that time she began to get smart about having to keep retwistIng my hair I never asked for my money back until she said she wasn't going to keep retwisting my hair That's then when I asked for my money back I feel if not a full refund half of my money should be giving back to me Bacause I had to take my braids out on the 10th of march from them untwisting and full Braids coming out

TELLING ME SHE DON'T LIKE HER HAIR AND SHE IS GOING TO CALL THE Revdex.com ON ME FOR NOT HAVING LICENSE TO SELL OUT MY SHOP AND MS[redacted] THAN HANG UP ON ME ALSO I HAVE PROVED OF MS.[redacted] HAIR WHEN IT WAS BLONDE AND BLACK TOGETHER AND I DIDN'T TAKE PHOTO OF MS.[redacted] HAIR BEFORE SHE LEFT BUT IT WAS ALL BLACK. ABLAVI A[redacted] (CHARITY)

Every time we do this customer's hair, we ask how she is feeling during the service. We want to make sure the customer is comfortable. When we finished the hair, I told her to go to the mirror and look at her hair and take time to look at the back as well. I asked her if she liked her hair, she...

smiled and told me she loved it. I asked her if I could take a picture of her hair to post on Facebook, and she let me. I posted the picture. One week after the service she called and she told me she wanted her money back. She came back to the salon and she was pulling on her hair, and her hair was falling out. At that time I fixed her hair for her. 4 days later she called me and said that her hair was falling out and she asked for her money back. I told her I could not give her the money back, and I would have to see her hair in person. She responded by telling me she would bring the police to my salon, and then hung up.

I ensure that each of my customers are completely satisfied upon completion of the services performed. I submitted pictures in my previous response. I do believe in 100% satisfaction, so therefore I am willing to offer the customer a settlement of 100% of the Fee that she paid me. I operate my business with the highest level of quality and excellence.
