I hired Cove Coating for spray on bed liner in [redacted] 2014, and frame and product was not mixed properly for application. The business owner, [redacted] stated in an e-mail and verbally that "Cove Coating will reimburse [redacted] for complete invoice for sprayed in bed liner.
