I am rejecting this response because:
I spoke to someone on the phone about this matterThey explained to me that they had the reservation under cornelius Houston not meSo maybe the call was not logged The biggest complaint was that we had looked the bookings and some other websitesWe thought we were getting that price when we arrived at the resortThe fact that we were charged almost double is the unacceptable bait and switchWe called because we wanted to pay cash as we just got married and we had cash on handThe condition on the room on top of everything was disappointingThe smell of mold and asking to have our room made up and towels dropped off at the room was different thingsWe let housekeeping know we needed towels and the bed made upTo no avail was anything up to resort standardsI feel like we got robbed on our first day as a newly we'd couple.
