As the complainant has declared his intention to remain with his Bldg purchase, he will of course be offered the opportunity to pick his colors/upgrades with the sales staff at the show suite (his purchase agreement requires that to be done within days, and to date he has not done so, which is now been over days
Other than that, there is nothing else to discuss between the parties as both undertsand where they each stand
