January 15, 2015Dear [redacted],This letter is to serve as a formal response to the claim filed on December 17, 2014 by [redacted] regarding the completion of his home located at [redacted] in Chester, Maryland. As outlined in [redacted]'s letter, the items of concerned...

are back ordered light fixtures from the Progress Lighting Company. As of the writing of this letter, all fixture have been delivered and we be installing them as soon as the [redacted]s return home from a vacation trip later this month. The light fixtures appear to be the only issue outstanding at this time and as such, their installation should completely resolve any and all concerns outlined in [redacted]'s Complaint.Thank you very much for bringing this item to our attention. Our company has been building homes since 2006 and is very proud that up until this point we have not had a single complaint with the Revdex.com. We can certainly understand and share the [redacted]'s frustration with the delay in getting these items delivery from the vendor. Please be assured that as an interim measure, temporary fixtures were installed in any area that would have had impact on their safe or convenient use of the home. We will make every effort to install the correct fixtures immediately upon the [redacted]s return home later this month.Thank you for your time and consideration to this matter.Respectfully Submitted,
