Review: Sunny and Mike W[redacted] originally came to our home to demonstrate a vacuum and air purifier....told us we had 3 days to change our mind after purchasing...we called to try and cancel order...we had decided that this was a steep price for a vacuum.....they never answered their phone or return ed call conveniently until after that time frame...so my husband and I were stuck....we decided that was fine we would make the payments and have this vaccum....6 months later I noticed 2 slits in the cord. When I rolled the vacuum cord to put away...the whole plug came off...I called sunny because she told me that there was a life time warranty on the vacuum.....when she came to pick up..she accused me of cutting the cord...I called the company TRIstar and she had told them I cut this cord as well...also she told them that she would be contacting me....I have made several attempts to call her...I cannot get her to return my call..she has my vacuum and I still have a payment with no vacuum cleaner. Their customer service is beyond poor and I feel like I have been cheated. They are now saying that my chord is not under warranty.Desired Settlement: I want my refund orand no loan payment...because they still have my vacuum

or my vacuum fixed and back in my home

Review: To Whom It May Concern,My name is [redacted] and I am a friend of [redacted]. She is 69 years old and lives with her son who supports her and cares for her. As soon as her son found out about the vacuum cleaner ordeal, he called and tried to cancel and was told that he was unable to cancel the sale and he asked me if I would help. Her only income is a small Social Security Disability check as a result of her physical and mental disabilities. On April 18th, [redacted], a representative of Covenant Clean Air went to her house and was sold a vacuum cleaner for a total of $2832.90. The sales representative realized she didn't qualify so she used her sons income to obtain financing. I called Covenant Clean Air several times and reached Sunny one time and she said she would call me back but I never heard from her. On May 29th, I received a call from [redacted] from Covenant Clean Air ([redacted]). He also said he wouldn't cancel the contract. I also talked to [redacted] and they said they were unable to help unless Covenant Clean Air would repurchase the contract. I can't believe there are people that take advantage of the elderly, especially ones that are disabled. Any reputable business would accept the return of any item. It is still in a box and was only used when the sales representative gave her a demonstration. Please help!Desired Settlement: The settlement could be very simple. I have already asked where and how to return the unused equipment still in the original box. We would like to return the item and have them refund the down payment of $400.90 that is shown on the contract. I have already offered this settlement to M[redacted] and he said there is no way he will accept the return and cancel the contract. Can you help? Thanks,[redacted]

Review: MY SISTER BOUGHT A VACUME FROM COVENANT. SHE FILLED OUT HER PAPERWORK PROPERLY. ALL OF A SUDDEN I STARTED TO GET PHONE CALLS ABOUT MY SISTER NOT MAKIING HER PAYMENT ON TIME AND FOR ME TO GET IN TOUCH WITH HER. WHICH I DID. NEXT MONTH SAME THING HAPPENED, SO I ASKED WHY DO THEY CALL ME AND THEY SAID MY NAME WAS LISTED AS CO-BUYER'S NAME WAS LISTED ON THE CONTRACT. ON MY SISTERS COPY OF THE CONTRACT IT LISTS HER HUSBAND AS CO-BUYER. I ASK THE CREDIT AGENCY TO SEND ME A COPY OF THE CONTRACT. ON THE CONTRACT IT LISTS MY NAME AS CO-BUYER AND SOMEONE FORGED MY NAME ON THE DOCUMENT. I CALLED COVENANT MANY TIMES AT THEIR OFFICE AND NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. WHEN I CALLED THEIR CELL NUMBER WHO NAME IS [redacted] SHE WAS YELLING AT ME SAYING [redacted] NEEDED TO PAY HER BILL. I TOLD HER SOMEONE FORGED MY NAME AND SHE DIDNT CARE ABOUT THAT. TO GET INVOLVED WITH A LAWYER, THEIR INITIAL FEE IS $600.00 JUST TO SEND COVENANT A LETTER. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY THIS KIND OF MONEY TO GET MY NAME OFF OF THE CONTRACT AND MY PERSONAL CREDIT RUEIN.Desired Settlement: I THINK SINCE COVENANT FORGED MY NAME ON THE CONTRACT THEY SHOULD PAY THE CONTRACT OFF, MY SISTER SHOULD BE ABLE TO KEEP THE VACUME AND AN EXTRA

$2,000.00 SHOULD BE GIVEN TO ME FOR ALL THIS TROUBLE COVENANT CAUSED
