CCSI was contacted by Mr*** 6/7/and called him the same day? We spoke to Mr *** on 6/7/; at that time he was assured that our company had been reporting the account as paid in full since payment in December 2015.He advised our company he had filed a dispute with Transunion
earlier that same day, to soon to complain that action was not taken.Perhaps Mr *** thinks the account is removed from the CRA when paid and doesn't understand that it continues to report as a paid collectionCCSI only reports to one (1) CRA - Transunion.? CCSI
